Gemilang Pranoto
Gemilang Pranoto is the founder and CEO of Halal Fun Consulting, a halal consulting company that focuses on helping businesses achieve halal certification professionally, quickly, and efficiently. Born in Binjai and with an industrial management education background, Gemilang has a strong commitment to promoting the growth of the halal industry in Indonesia.
Before founding Halal Fun Consulting, Gemilang had experience assisting various companies from the food, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, to service and manufacturing sectors. He is also actively involved in national halal training, forums, and education, strengthening his expertise in SJPH, internal halal audits, and national and international halal regulations.
Through Halal Fun Consulting, Gemilang presents halal services that are friendly, solution-oriented, and in accordance with Sharia, with the mission of making it easier for business actors, from MSMEs to corporations, in the halal certification process.

- Founder & CEO of Halal Fun Consulting (2024 – Present) Established and leads Halal Fun Consulting as a halal consulting company that focuses on helping business actors obtain halal certification, internal audits, and halal HR training.
- Independent Halal Consultant (2022 – 2023) Provided halal certification consulting services for MSMEs in North Sumatra, including guidance on document processing, SJPH preparation, and basic halal education.
- Halal Education Volunteer for North Sumatra MSMEs (2021 – 2023) Joined a halal education program for MSMEs, helping them understand the importance of halal and how to get certified.
